The Academie Rainier III at the Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival

It is with great honour that the Académie Rainier III has once again been invited to open the Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival, at the invitation of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.

Our students from the jazz and contemporary music department, accompanied by their teachers, will perform at the Salle Garnier of the Monte-Carlo Opera, as part of this prestigious event bringing together numerous international jazz artists. The evening will feature around thirty young musicians, performing a repertoire ranging from jazz to pop music.

For these young talents, this concert represents a unique opportunity to perform in professional conditions, in the prestigious setting of the Salle Garnier.

A tradition that keeps the various currents of jazz alive in the Principality, passing from generation to generation, and celebrates the transmission of knowledge, sharing and the discovery of new talent.
